VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE
A huge THANK YOU! goes out to all our volunteers - thank you so much for making this event possible! Below, please find descriptions & times of who needs to be where and when. Questions? Call Dave at 571-247-3489. Use this mobile number as needed during the event as well.Event Setup - Please be at the school (411 Mosby Ave) at 7:30AM. We need to have registration open at 8AM.

- Stage and setup tents & tables, chairs, A/V equipment, etc.
- If inclement weather we'll setup in the gym.
- Be ready to help with anything you are asked to do.

- Hand out t-shirts and packets for registered riders who were not able to pick up packets at Lake Gaston Outfitters before the event.
- Registration list has shirt size requests on it.
- Riders choose a key fob.
- Remind riders of coupon in their packet for a beverage at Timber Waters.
- Day of event/new registrants:. There is a $75 charge to ride - shirts sizes are “as available”.
- Entry fee is processed through the Square terminal.

- Everything needed will be at your location. Setup canopy, set out snacks (cups for peanuts & m&m's), bananas, maintain, cheer, hand out food and pack up rest stops after the last rider is out.
- There is a bucket with concrete & straps in it that can be tied to the center support of the canopy if it’s breezy.
- Bill McCall & Candace Moreland are Ride Marshals (last riders) and will release you when they come through. please pack up your station and return to the school.

- Everything needed will be at your location. Setup canopy, mix Gatorade, set out snacks, cut bananas in half (very few will want a whole on), maintain, cheer, hand out food and pack up rest stops after the last rider is out.
- There is a bucket with concrete & straps in it that can be tied to the center support of the canopy if it’s breezy.

- Bill McCall is the Ride Marshal for the second half of the 60 mile loop (mile 30.4 to the finish). When he comes through, please pack up your station and return to the school.

- Ride the assigned route and stay behind the last rider, notify Wayman Church Rd and Dave (571-247-3489 when last rider through Stop #1.

- Meet Dian & Joe (30 mile marshals) at Panacea Springs Rd Rest Stop then head out from there to complete the 60 mile route.
